I’m excited to show you guys that iris pattern I’ve been working on. Experimenting with some colour palettes I was not expecting to use, I quite like how it turned out.

I drew a martini? I don’t know why. I don’t even drink.

Self portraits are still difficult, even after having to do them so many times in Portrait Drawing I and II. 
Needed a new icon for twitter.

I made a quick, simple enough pattern, then did variations.

Quick sketch done in Photoshop. As it developed, so did a moral: if you’re aiming high just to slack off once you get there, you might be setting yourself up for failure.
Not sure how true this may be, but hey, it sounds right.
